At Amplify Screen Printing & Promotions, we take pride in creating high-quality custom screen-printed and embroidered apparel. Because each order is made just for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product or the final product does not match the approved artwork and mockup.
Refund & Return Policy:
✅ Eligible Returns:
- If the final product contains defects in materials or workmanship.
- If the finished product does not match the approved mockup in design, placement, or customization.
❌ Non-Eligible Returns:
- Incorrect Sizes: Customers are responsible for ordering the correct sizes. Sizing charts are available upon request.
- Spelling & Design Errors: Customers must carefully review and approve all mockups, including text, spelling, and design elements. Once approved, we are not responsible for any errors.
- Color Matching: Unless a customer purchases custom ink or thread colors, we use stock colors that match your brand colors as closely as possible. Please note that colors may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor calibration differences.
Reporting Issues:
If you believe your order has a defect or an issue, please contact our customer service representative within 1 week (5 business days) of receiving your order. Be prepared to provide clear photos of the product and a description of the issue.
